There’s a lot going on for kids at the Fourth of July festivities! The Kids Stage is located on the Village Green, with a wide variety of acts performing.

Kids will love watching entertainer Peter Irish with his many talents, including juggling and hacky sack! After Peter graces the stage, stick around for Inspector Magic! Inspector Magic promises an interactive magic show full of wonder and laughter for all ages. After that, Colorado Hip Hop Collective will get them jumping along to the beat of some awesome music.

Is your child a fan of nature? Throughout the day, they’ll have a chance to see Birds of Prey up close and personal with Hawkquest. Hawkquest provides an educational opportunity to learn more about birds of prey, and your youngster could even get to hold or pose with one!

Live Music

Watch as numerous acts take the stage for an unforgettable day of music! With performances starting at noon, you’re in for a treat!

Westrock, a band with sounds reminiscent of 90s and Red Dirt Country, kicks off the music at noon, with performances from various bands continuing until 9:30 PM. Bands later in the evening perform amazing tribute performances, with the Petty-Nicks Experience at 6:00 and Bruce in the USA taking the stage at 8:00 PM. Get ready—Bruce in the USA is described as a note-perfect and visually accurate recreation of a Bruce Springsteen & The E St. Band show.

Once the music has come to a close, enjoy the Beaver Creek fireworks show. We can’t imagine a better place to see Fourth of July fireworks than a beautiful mountain backdrop!

Vail’s Independence Day Celebration is just a short drive away! The festivities here kick off at 10:00 AM sharp with the region’s largest parade—but we’d suggest getting there at 9:30 to make sure you get a good spot! Deck yourself out in red, white, and blue, and watch as the parade makes its way! The route runs from Golden Peak through Vail Village across the International Bridge, all the way to the Lionshead to finish around noon!

The day continues on with a Patriotic Concert at 2:00 PM! Listen to the Philadelphia Symphony Orchestra perform at the Gerald R. Ford Amphitheater in support of the Vail Veterans Program. You can bring a lawn chair and enjoy the concert for free or purchase pavilion seats for $25.

You can’t end the Fourth of July without fireworks! Vail’s fireworks show kicks off at 9:45 PM at Golden Peak. Lay out on a blanket and watch as the display takes over the sky!
